I contracted Scenic View to put a new roof on my house which also included installing 3 skylights and 2 solar tubes.  This work was all completed in two days for a roof requiring 27 squares.  It was a stress free experience; from asking questions about the products they use, to the quoting, scheduling, and actual work.  Nothing was damaged on my property and each evening my property was cleaned up before the crew left (they utilized a motorized dumpster trailer which could move across the lawn with no impact – no large dumpster sitting in my driveway).  The entire crew was polite and treated my property as it was their own.  As for interaction over the phone with Amos, and in person with Chris and the crew, I felt like I was part of their family.  I highly recommend Scenic View to anyone who is reading this.

Amos understands the meaning of customer satisfaction.  While customer service is a very good start, customer satisfaction is a step above.  His follow up and customer focus was a winning factor that help me make the decision to contract with Scenic View.  Chris and the crew took special care as they stripped the old roof materials and installed the new.  Honest and humble from start to finish; and on time.  Weeks after the initial installation Amos followed up with a phone call to check that all was working well. What a pleasant surprise. A company that actually starts a job and completes it in acceptable time. No shortcuts. Every person working on the job was polite and responsible. They were conscious of making sure nothing got damaged and if it did they were quick to inform us and remedy the situation. Though I cannot think of anything significant that happened. Their cleanup was terrific. You could not tell they were here after the installation was complete and they left. Their conscientious work resulted in an unexpected pleasant surprise. Our area was hit with a violent hail storm last year and many homes incurred damage from that storm. As you are very aware of my anxiousness about having my roof replaced in Dec. (cold weather) and being able to complete the job in one day, I called you and emailed you with many questions and you responded very quickly and you assured me that everything would be ok. Your men showed up at 7:30am as promised and wasted no time  getting to work. Chris (foreman on job) was equally informing. He took pictures of the problem areas where the plywood needed replaced and explained to me what he would do to repair those areas. The men worked quickly and finished the job in one day as promised. They cleaned up the work area and left for home by late afternoon. Again THANK  YOU  for your patience and understanding. A happy Customer!

Easy to work with

We highly recommend Scenic View Roofing.   From the beginning of the project to the end, Amos and his team were a pleasure to work with.   Amos readily provided references for previous jobs completed in our area and those clients were all highly satisfied with the work done by Scenic View.   When we had some difficulty choosing between two colors of shingles, Amos also provided addresses of homes where those colors had been used, allowing us to see how those shingles looked on an entire roof. The crew kept to the promised schedule, installed a nice looking roof  and then did a thorough clean up of the site. Chris and the other members of the team were also happy to answer all of our questions about the details of the installation. In short, Scenic View does a great job at a very competitive price.

We decided on a metal standing seam roof for our home using some ideas from some Texas and Southwest contractors called Cool Roof Systems. Amos with Scenic View Roofing worked with us to design the roof and system to decrease our cooling costs during the summer. Their whole approach was to make sure we were completely satisfied and kept in the loop as to what would be done and when. We receive a letters from PP&L from June through October telling us each month that we are more efficient than other homes like ours in our area. So we are saving on our cooling costs and maintenance. Everything on the roof was screwed down. No wind or weather concerns. I haven’t had to get up on our roof to check for damage after some of the bad storms in our area. They also did a wonderful job installing new trim, shutters, and gutters and downspouts with leaf guard. We highly recommend this company for their professional work and customer satisfaction.
